CHALLENGES

It was a brand-new website with low Domain Authority, Page Authority and Trust Flow.
Keywords selected by client have decent search volume and medium competition.
The website was lacking onsite optimization.
The On-page content of the website was not optimized appropriately.

SOLUTION

We have performed a site audit and fixed various onsite issues that have been encountered such as website load time, website speed, URL structure, image alt tags, robots.txt, sitemap etc.
We have focused more on conversions and have put up call to actions wherever required.
We categorized dedicated pages for dedicated keywords and then accordingly optimize the On-page content according to the keywords we are targeting for a page.
We suggested landing pages to the client and optimized them according to the keywords so that the page can rank well in Google SERPs.
We have drafted Meta tags for the service pages, have also added keyword optimized on-page content wherever necessary.
We created local citations and thus optimized the website locally.
Not only this, we continuously built high quality contextual links and post them on website which have high PA, high DA, and high TF. Some of the e.g. are goodreads.com, http://www.boredpanda.com/, https://onmogul.com/, http://patch.com/, https://www.buzzfeed.com/, https://storify.com/, etc.
Overall, our aim was to build 5-7 high-quality links every week.

We have been working on this project since DEc, 2014 and the keywords are ranking in top 5 position in Google SERP. Here is the screenshot:
